In Memory Of...

It has just come to our attention that a fellow Eastern Kentucky investigator, High Tech Hillbilly, has passed away. He will be sorely missed.

HTH was a great guy and a big DPRT supporter as we were to him. His work in the field was olny shadowed by the amount of heart and compasion he had. He will be missed dearly and I send my prayers to the family and also would like to say that he touched all of us here at DPRT, not only with his work but with the amount of desire he had for it. I will miss you my friend.

I set up and thought that this will effect me greatly as HTH and I bacame quick freinds and respected each others opinions. He once told me he was quitting because others dogged his findings and I was destroyed because as far as evp went few had what he did and his were so clear. I will miss him dearly and wish this did n9ot happen.

Has anymore come of this?
Has anyone talked with him since he faked his death?

As far as we know, HTH did not fake his own death. However, we will look into it. If you have information otherwise, please contact one of us to discuss it. Thank you.

A long story with a lot of inconsistances...
Does anyone have proof he is dead?
It still is bothering me. I would like to know one way or another.

I have spoken with a team mate of his and as far as I know he has passed away. It is sad because he was one of the coolest guys I knew and I hate to see our field lose such a great thinker.

It actually appears that HTH did in fact fake his death and his partner was in on it. This sadens me as I felt that he was a true blue researcher and at the moment I am having serious doubts. It is not known to us why he did this but if he reads this we would love an explination as I know I was crushed at the thought of High Tech not being there to chat with and share ideas.

I still have found very little out by way of this situation but I still wish HTH would contact me.
